Process takes 2-3 business days after ordering. Once shipped, shipping can take up to 7-10 business days to receive. Depending on your local postal office shipping could be longer than normal. 

PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTAL CARRIER TO FILE A CLAIM FOR LOST OR DAMANGE ITEMS. INSURANCE WILL BE PLACED ON ALL ORDERS.
